We have an update regarding the brief VoIP interruption experienced around 1 pm today in the eastern coastal regions of Australia, specifically in New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria. These issues appear to be related to NBN Co. Our research and testing indicate that the faults were resolved quickly.

Although our systems were operational during this time, some connections may have been affected.
